Found a used PP plenum and i think 70 or 75 mm throttle body. Any pros and cons for this set up? What should I look out for?

At least it's more erect and not floppy anymore.

Dont waste your time with that set up. C&L and Accufab 75mm TB is the way to go.

Haha I'm taking fobra bought the expensive stuff for the .03 extra hp.

Slayer it really doesn't matter which you get. I ran that combo on my car, I don't and didn't see anything wrong with it. Its not flashy but does the same thing as the more expensive peices.

PP is just fine, you're talking a minimal at most difference between brands.

Got a deal for the C&L and Accufab set up, paid only $150 for them both so yup, it was expensive

If you will do a search on here, somebody did a test on pretty much all the plenum and TB's. From what they said, there was a 2hp difference from the most expensive (Accufab), and the cheapest (dont remember which one). So if 2hp is worth the extra $200, go for it.

The person that is selling it said that he had idling issues with the set up. Does any one no anything about that or if there is a fix?

Here is a good comparison:

The Plenum Showdown Part II

Unfortunately, the Professional Products stuff is not tested here. However, this might help you with your decision! I'll likely be going with the Accufab come Spring time.
