I bought a 4-piece set of APC projector headlights and diamond corners for my 95 Mustang GT.
But it fits like crap. I have never seen anything like it!
Does anyone know if it's possible to make it better?
the corners fits ok, but not the headlights. I really like the design of the lights otherwise, much better than stock.

Has anyone had the same experience as I have?

By the way, I'm new to the forum. a little presentation:
20 years old, mechanical technology student at Chalmers, Gothenburg. That's Sweden.
I have a deep forrest green Mustang GT conv.
mint condition. 23000miles. beige leather.

Welcome, got any pictures of the car? Sorry to hear about your headlights but APC stuff is $h!t!!! I'd never have one thing APC on my car.... See if you can sell them and buy something different.

Hey I bought this same setup for my car. I had to break out a dremel and shave out the plastic behind the headlights for them to fit in. Afterwards they fit fine.

I have the APCs. Everyone is right..they are sh@t, but they look dam good. I had to fir mine in by using a dremmel on the plastic shroud behind the lights. The projector housing sticks too far out so clearance must be made. Not a big deal at all. Aiming these lights suck as well. After you get them in and aimed though, it's a sweet deal.

Nice car...later.

I have them also. They took alot of cutting on the inside of the headlight bezel to get them to fit. Once you cut out the Bezel they fit perfect.. These are not a "Bolt in" product. Takes about 2 hours of cutting and grinding to get them to fit, but well worth it if you ask me..

If your going with the projector lights, get the HID's with them... WORLD OF DIFFERENCE.. And you can more direct the light towards the ground. You wanna talk about vision??

Hey that looks awesome. Where did you score the HID? Are they easy to mod over?

I got them from www.xxtuning.com.. Direct replacement, just need to find a place to mount the ballasts.

Can you take a picture of your headlight from above with the black plastic cover removed? I would really appreciate that!
I have done a hole in the bezel, but obviously not enough. I just wanna see how much of the threads you can see. (So I know how much I have left)

All projectors require you to mod the header panel.

Good luck with the headlights. I just wanted to say nice car! That is one of the first verts I have seen and actually liked. Those wheels look excellent, almost like M3 wheels!
