Pulley Question

The pulley thats on the top of the passenger side... What is that puller. Just an idler pully? or does it have another name. Its above the ac pump.

More specifically it's the passenger side idler pulley nearest the fender... that's what they refer to it as at the parts store. It's a heavy metal pulley as opposed to the light plastic ones elsewhere. I just had to replace mine due to a bad bearing.
