Pulley turn??

Which way do the pulley's turn??? Like the waterpump, altenater, and ect...

Here's a diagram that The Green GT posted a couple of months back for belt routing:

If you're standing in front of the engine, the crankshaft would turn clockwise. The water pump is counter-clockwise, but everything else should have the same clockwise rotation as the crank.

Alternator, PS pump, AC, crank pulley, and smog pump turn clockwise.
Idler, tensioner, and water pump pulleys turn counterclockwise.

If you're in any doubt, the grooved pulleys turn clockwise and the flat pulleys turn counterclockwise.
