is there an easy way to install a pulley onto my power steering pump?????

A power steering pump pulley installer works quite well. I got mine at Autozoo.

I would also recommend a power steering pump remover/puller. I never realized how tough those things are on there until I pulled mine off. Putting it back on was eaiser.
