what should i expect to pay for the install of some steeda pullies and a timing adjuster. Is it something i can do myself with limited tools or should i take the safe route and take it to the pros.

Naw If you have a Pulley Puller you can do the UD Pulleys it might take you 3hrs if your not the fastest as for the T/A 20 Min tops to install!

Not required, but sure helps to have an impact to get the alternator pulley off. I rented an electric one for @ $10. Like mentioned above, the pulley puller. Did mine on both my stangs (96 and 00).

I put pulleys and T/A on my car. I find that it helps to take the bar that holds the radiator resouvior (sp) on and to move the radiator thingy out of the way. The alternator pulley required an impact for me to get it off. The waterpump pulley needed one as well. the crank can come off with a breaker bar. The waterpump needed one because the pulley would turn without it. The T/A wasn't too hard to install either. I did the T/A install before the pulleys though.
