Putting on a vortech

Hey guys i am about to put on a vortech super charger i would like to know if you had any problems installing this kit or any comments you would like to give me. Some pictures of the vortech super charger in someones car would be nice to have also.

It's pretty simple and the hardest part is being patient and doing the oil pan tap correctly. If you have any problems pm me anytime during your install.

Buddy and me found that using an air hammer with a pointed bit makes for the best and quickest method.

Unfortunately we thought of it after we had done 70% of the work with a 2lb hammer with no room to swing it...

The kit is very complete.

Vortech's kit is surprisingly complete... minus gauges off course. I was expecting to run to the store to buy all sorts of bolts and what not... not the case. I have helped install numerous ATP turbo kits on volkswagons and Audis and had to to buy all sorts of extras not included with the kit. I did need to pick up the ford fuel line disconnect and the oil pressure sender socket. Also be prepared to work out the little bugs, like oil feed line leaking, coolant leaks, etc. I am still trying to get the upper radiator hose farther away from the alternator pulley.... its just to close for comfort as well as few other little things.
