PVC Valve replacement

How the heck do you get the pcv valve off? I've pulled and twisted but don't want to break it. 2001 GT.

Also is there one on the passenger side as well?

the pcv valve is on the passenger side, right under the intake tube. im also curious how to get it off, whether or not you have to remove the tube.

Remove the air intake tube and it pulls staright up...might have to wiggle side to side...or in circular motion to get it out...but it will come out..

I could be wrong here but I'm pretty sure the PCV is located on the passenger side only. It pulls up and out easily. I can't remember what that is on the driver's side but whatever it is does not pull up and out....

This is from a '98 GT guy but I think yours is the same.

Get a Haynes manual...

I just replaced mine a couple months ago and it wasn't on the driver's side. When you do your PCV it's also a good time to do your fuel filter... or vice versa....
