Question about a Mach 1 in lubbock TX

Hello all,
I was just wondering, I walk to class everyday to Texas Tech; and most of the time I see this Amazing looking Mineral Grey Mach 1 with GTO stickers on the blacked out headlights, and TTU badge on the back in PERFECT condition. And i think I remember seeing a car just like this in the picture thread. Anyways, I figured that someone that took that much care in their car would be on a mustang enthusiast site like Stangnet.
