I have a 2002 GT Convertible and im installing my blower within the next few weeks. I want to put in a triple guage pod on the a pillar, but I cant find a Triple gague for the convertible. Does anyone have any suggestions where to look for it???? Does anyone know why it is a hardtop only for the triple guages???

Have you checked www.autometer.com yet?
(they should have an online catalog?)
Or how about Jegs, Summit, etc, etc...

Man that pisses me off! I tried to find one of those for the longest time but I had to buy the pods and drill into my A pillar.

Yeah I had the same issue, what I ended up doing was buying a dual and a single pod and just attaching them seperately

I can tell you from experiance that the pod for the 2000 Vert WILL NOT work on the 01-newer verts!!

The factory a-pillar is different after 2001/early 02. It is a completely different Ford part number. There is a more pronounced radius on the newer pillars. Check out my website, there are pics of my custom pods on an 03 convertible on there, as well as an 01 convertible. You probably wont be able to see the difference in the factory a-pillar, but at least you can see an alternative to the gauge pods everyone else sells.

www.speedofsoundllc.com

If mine were already on sale, I'd offer my help, but they won't be available for another 2 months or so.

Good luck on your project with the blower/gauges.

DAMN MAN. I was really psyched about the guage pod, I EVEN ORDERED IT ALREADY!!!! I'll Have to call tomm to return it or cancel the order. How much is it for one of yours??? I didnt see a price on the site. I like it a lot though as long as it isnt too expensive.

Yea, I know about the "surprise" of the pillars changing on the mustangs and how it affected aftermarket pods.

From reading your post again, I probably couldn't help you out much anyway, as I won't be offering a triple pod for a little while. the current design doesn't look too good with 3 gauges, it's much better with one or two.

No prices on the site because they aren't for sale until April. Expect pricing to be less than $100. It is a full pillar replacement, not a cover. It will mount with factory clips and mounting bosses. I'm gunning for quality over quantity on this project.

I would be more than happy with a dual pod that looks like yours. If you could, I would like to order it asap. Please contact me at truhardcore13@aol.com if you would be willing to make one for me.
