Question about an Anti-Roll Bar

I am considering installing an Anti-Roll bar on my coupe, and want some info. Do's Don'ts, benefits, etc. How does it affect street drivability?

An Anti-Roll bar will positively lock the axle up and down. Meaning, if you hit a bump with the right wheel, it will bring the left wheel up with it. It is made for drag racing and going straight, and keeping it straight. They're not made for street driving, although you can install it, and take the end link off during street driving, then reconnect them for the race track.
