When my 02 GT is idling there is is a slight, occasional bobble in the idle and faint puff when listening to the exhaust. Its almost unnoticable. But I notice it. Tune up? Plugs? Could my K&N CAI be doing this? I didn't notice if it was happening before I put it on because I hadn't had the car long before I put the CAI on. Any suggestions?

This is, believe it or not, attributable to your stock cams. They do have a marginally rough idle, especially as the engine ages. Also, it has to do w/ Fords firing order.

Ok, thanks for the answers. Good news. I thought I needed some kind of adjustment or another.
