question about my 302 block

I have a 91 roller block 302 I'm putting in my 1968 mustang coupe.

What is this hex bolt located on the block just above the oil pan, there are four, two on each side. I only ask because I am missing one on the rear passenger side of the block. Where can i find a replacement? or can i just buy a bolt that fits and use that?

Not a bolt but a coolant jacket core plug. Normally these are all but impossible to remove. You're looking for a pipe thread plug here, not a bolt.

Last time I rebuilt my 289, I used brass radiator drain petcocks. Oddly, I've never used them.
