Question about plugs and wires.

Recently I had a real bad lean condition in my stang. The obvious symptoms were lean condition codes, stumbling and hesitation, and lack of power. 3 to 6 months before I resolved my lean condition I changed the plugs only. I do not know the last time the wires were changed if at all. Because I still had my lean condition from 3-6 months after I had the plugs changed, should I go ahead and change the plugs again along with the wires? Or is that time frame to short to have done any damage to the plugs? P.S. At the time of the plugs tune-up my stang had about 67,000 miles on it.

I had a bad hesitation and stumbling problem a little while back. Changed the MAF sensor and got a $hit load of power back that I never knew I had.

How many miles have the plugs been in the car?

I would say between 6,000 to 7,500, rough estimate. I know not any less than that. And the wires at least 3 years old.

Definitely replace the wires. The plugs are OK.
