Ok so when ford realizes they screwed something up do they fix the cars on the assembly line or modify what needs to be changed on the new stangs so the customer doesnt have to?

Really depends, and I know that was not the answer you were looking for. If the TSB is relative to a manufacturing problem, they will try to change the issues at the assembly level. If it is a supplier problem relative to an engineering issue (like the strut bushings) they will fix the cars as they exhibit the problem.

Not all vehicles will have the same problems that are in the Technical Service Bullitens.

Most items that are wide-spread will have a recall. Others will have a TSB for replacement/fix upon issue diagnoses by the Dealer.

Hope this helps.
