Question on catback installation

I'm going to buy a Mac catback (2.5" with 3" tips) and perhaps an o/r h-pipe or prochamber... is it possible to install the exhaust with the car only on jackstands? Will it clear the axle? Any other suggestions are appreciated!

yes it is possible...i did it on mine.. you will need an extra person to help put it in. it's kinda tricky but it's doable. here's a link showing you hot to do it http://www.mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/maci1.htm

P.S. you don't have to cut your old pipes like the one in the site

yes

but get a jigsaw to cut the stock pipes where they go over the axle...

or drop the axle a little... a little hard with no air tools
