Are they oe type or universal. But wow thats cheap anyway. I ended up paying $135 for both from NAPA.

how do you know when youre wires are on their way out?i have some blue 9mm ford wires and they are turning yellow, ive had them for about a year

Well, normally the jacket changing colors is not the first thing to go.

When I check wires, I will either look for spark leakage or ohm them out to see how they're doing.

Well I know one of my wires has spark leakage. The one from the coil to the cap. I was checking to see if they where all down tight and I shocked the **** out of myself. lol

Looks like a step in the right direction. Shocking that I was right!!!!!

Yeah thanks for the help... Going to try and order some wires before I leave on my trip. But do you think that leakage would cause my car to lose mileage? I mean the car doesnt run rough really. A little shake here and there at idle but nothing really noticeable.

they say they are oem type. I wil verify once I get them.
