I still have the PI intake manifold with the plastic coolant crossover, If i were to change it to the manifold with the aluminum crossover, Do i have to buy new gaskets and alternator bracket?

intake gaskets are reusable as long as you dont muck them up, you will need a new alt brkt as it mounts in a different location than the brkt used on the plastic intake

You can get one for $100 or so on ebay or from any parts dealer that has ford OEM products; get the install kit to, i.e. the new hose that will fit in between the engine heads.

I would buy the manifold without injectors, live in the Kansas city area. Could you send a pic to ron44@everestkc.net.
