questions about 98 Stang

Just got this 98 Mustang today and did not come with owners manual, so I have a couple questions. Car is a convertible and has a factor roll bar. What are the small pull out panels for on the interior trim right where the roll bar goes down? Other question is the seat does not got back far enough for me. Car has power seat. Is that any kind of a kit to make the seat go back farther? I am 6'2" and would really like more more leg room.

The trim pieces you are referring to is where the speakers are (or aren't..and you may just have the plastic covers there)...
