So I did a compression test on my 5.0 motor just to get a glimpse of the health of it. Here are the results that I got.

150
145
150
155
150
155
149
162

The 8th cylinder that gave a result of 160 had some wd-40 creeped into it because I sprayed a lot of it to remove that stubborn spark plug. There was some of it’s traces on the tip of the plug.

So my questions are if a slight bit of oil in the spark plug hole would cause a compression reading to be slightly higher.
Also if I have a healthy motor since the highest and lowest cylinders are very so slightly above 10% in difference
This was a cold compression test and the engine has 170,000 miles on it. All stock.

Is it safe for me to say I have a good engine though? It doesn’t burn any oil and has good oil pressure also.

Refer to Post #2 for your answer. Bolts some parts on it add some boost and send it.
