Questions on grille inserts

I would like to know if anyone has put a grille insert on their car, how did it look, was it difficult to put on, etc.

When I went out to the build your pony website I saw an insert that I thought would look pretty nice, but when I saw that it fit over your existing grille I wasn't sure how that would look. I'm not sure if it would be better to get a whole new grille....

Anyone tried this??
