Questions on installing 3v into my 04 GT

I'am thinking of installing a 3v in my car and was wondering if I had the motor, wiring harness, and ecu would it bolt up to the K-member. Also will my 3650 tranny bolt up along with my 11" clutch. I know that the new stangs have them to, but I think they have a hyd. clutch, but I have a cable type. Was wondering if that would work. I know that I would have to do something for the exhaust, but thats no problem. Thanks for any info.

I don't know what to tell you man. I've heard of people putting 5.4ls into SN95 Mustangs before, I'm sure if thats been done you can get a 3v in there.

There is more power potential in the older 4v engines, unless you have some particular reason for wanting a 3v. Other than being cheaper for the motor itself, I would think it would be less of a pain to get a 4v to fit, plus you would have a lot more aftermarket parts that would fit with no headaches. Either way, good luck with your project.
