It all depends on your machnical abillities and your tools you got. If you got a really got high machnical skills research a 2.3 turbo swap from a 87-88 Thunder Bird. If your skills are a little low try starting off with simple stuff like a CAI or a header off a ranger with a 2.3L in like 94-96 ish. Then if yoiu want some easy power without swaping motors strap a bottle to it but I would stay around 50-75 shot. Also if can go with a wet system its better but a dry works good on 75 and under.
