quick side scoop question

sorry if this has been asked before..are the 01-04 GT side scoops any different thand the 03-04 cobra scoops? if so, what is the difference? just trying to get all my body parts squared away before paint... thanks!

I think the only difference is the inserts in them.

Yes the black inserts are different

gt/machs have honeycomb

Cobras have bars

The good thing is, they just pop off with clips. I hate the 94-98 scoops how you gotta take out the back seat and quarter trim panel and un bolt them!!! Eff that.

ya but the 94-95 are semi-functional!!

well if the only dofference is the honeycomb inserts then i see no reason to buy cobra scoops for more money than the GT scoops are... thanks guys!
