What is the best rack and pinion (Manual) on the market, regardless of price? Opinions wanted.

TCP will be soon IMO, if the new owners get use too having the new product they will be. They have good experience with the hot rod crowd through the other products that they offer. They will bring new life to the TCP in the way of R&D and marketing. For the MANUAL steering product

I've read all the old rack and pinion threads, but I want to know what everyone thinks is the best one on the market now as far as quality. Sifting through threads that are some now more than a year old really doesn't do it for me. When some of those threads were written there was no steeroids rack or in some cases randall's rack wasn't out.

I just as a simple opinion cause I want a concensus: which R&P on the market RIGHT NOW (or will be in the next 6 months) is the best?

I am probably going to go with TCP. I really have no desire for a power steering rack.

I've said it before but this seems like a good time to say it again.

If you are keeping your stock (very large) steering wheel you will probably be fine with a manual R&P. Parking losts might be an issue, and if you lack upper body strength you may regret it, but the solid and heavier feel will be great at speed. Most modern designs (all R&P) are geared towards modern sized steering wheels, do not underestimate the mechanical advantage a large steering wheel gives you (think school bus LOL).
