When I turn the key to the run position, my fan instantly turns on, and stays on all the time. Is this normal or something to bring to the dealers attention or something I can fix myself? Any help is appreciated.

Not real sue because I have a 2000, but that doesn't sound right. Normally only comes on with temp or the AC. Was the AC and defrost off when this happened?

That doesn't sound right, even if the A/C or defrost is on. The radiator fan should only come on when the engine is hot, and even then not full time.
Defrost and A/C were both off. That probably explains why it takes so long to warm that thing up LOL. I guess it time to bring her in...
