Interior and Upholstery Random part

Found this lying in the trunk when I purchased my 1990 mustang gt. Anyone have a clue what this is? Thanks in advance

Looks like an interior trim panel clip

I'm thinking the clip is for the trim at the top of the windshield, not sure, thinking gives me a headache.

I think you are right Thief, it looks like the ones that hold that trim in. I just had the part out of my car.

Disregard the fuel relay bracket. Had to look at mine. Not it.
