Is it necessary to get a retune for the steeda under drive pulley and also is a retune needed for the MSD coil packs?

Are you currently running a custom tuner? If you dont already have a re-tune I would recommend it for the MSD coils but its not necessary for either of those mods. You will get more out of the coil packs with a Brenspeed or Bama Tune.

If a mod does not affect the engine's air flow, then you do not have to retune.

oh yeah duh. I didnt see that. If you have a Brenspeed 93 tune which is what I run you should be fine. Ask Brent at Brenspeed he would know for sure. And dude how do I get my signature created with my mods and avatar and stuff?

Here you go. Just click on User CP at the top left of the page and then you will see the options on the upper left under Control Panel and Settings & Options. Here is a pic below for reference.
