I just changed my upper and lower intake put new injectors 24 lbs instead of 19 new tb and spacer with mad blaster coil it's running really rough now it could be one of two things we deleted the egr or it has no need for the 24 hense why it runs like a bag of ? I'm confused black smoke sounds like its missing?

Well there ya go. Can swap injectors on an speed density car without a chip to program the EEC for them.

If the intake is your only mod, then you don't need 24s anyway. Put the 19s back

Also put the EGR on. Deleting it gains nothing but can cause issues

Don't push the speed density set up too far unless you intend to or want to convert to mass airflow later down the road, or have it dyno tuned. You can't upgrade items that will significantly affect the airflow going in to the engine such as heads, cam, or intake without the car running like . You can, however, put GT40's (I'm running P heads on an SD Bronco), a speed density cam, and probably a GT40 intake but anything more than that you're gonna run into some major issues like what you're having now. You really can't go aftermarket with the heads and intake, or at least that's what I think. I've never pushed the SD to it's limits to see what it can actually handle. My set up was just too much for the SD set up and honestly, I'm not running the best set up in the world.

get rid of the #24s and go back to the #19, your flooding your motor. Do the maf Install. You can get it all from the junkyards, I suggest an A9P ECU.
Long before you will need the #24 injectors you will need Heads (most aftermarket are better then what you have now). Larger TB, suggest 65 or 75mm. Free flowing exhaust too.
as for the EGR and smog stuff, if you live in a smog state, follow the rules, if you don't, get rid of it all.

Good Luck

Do some reading before you break something or hurt yourself or someone else...

Here's a book that will get you started with how the Ford electronic engine control or "computer" works.

Ford Fuel Injection & Electronic Engine Control 1988-1993 by Charles Probst :ISBN 0-8376-0301-3.

It's about $25-$40 from Borders.com see http://www.amazon.com/ . Select books and then select search. Use the ISBN number (without dashes or spaces) to do a search. Try searching using M-1832-Z1 instead of the ISBN number if you don’t get any positive results. You may only be able to find a used one, since the book is as old as the cars it covers. Or you order it from your Ford dealer as SVO part no. M-1832-Z1.

Use the ISBN number and your local library can get you a loaner copy for free. Only thing is you are limited to keeping the book for two weeks. It is very good, and I found it to be very helpful.
