I have a question...is the rear hatch glass the same fom any fox body mustang, my friend's dad has an '82 hatch and he said i could have the glass for free because my glass has glue from crappy window tint all over it and i can't get it off...are the glasses the same?
I was gonna say use Xylene but Acetone will work too.....man Xylene for grease and grime is amazing about $45 for a 5 gallon pail, I was trying spray degreasers.....no comparison I am dumbfounded at how good that stuff is.
We actually put the rear hatch glass out of an '82 hatch into by friends '87 after an unfortunante weed eater accident LOL so yeah it will fit fine. I know how you feel about the glue that can be a pain to get off. I used a product called "tint off" I picked up at Wal-Mart.
