The seats lay down in the rear so you have access to the trunk in the s197. sorry no pics tho.

Thats a rear seat delete. Not meant for access to the truck. It drops weight in the car.

i have one, but it in my 02...i saved about 40 lbs.

You can take out the bottom of the back seat quite easily. Doesn't way that much though.
