Rear springs question

Anyone know the differences between gt lx and convertible springs all from v8 cars. Or are they all the same. Thanks

I believe the convert springs are different than the hatch/notch.

That's what I thought. A little stiffer I believe. Hopefully someone knows for sure.

I'm 99.999999% sure that all the V8 cars had the same springs. Only the 4cyl cars had different springs.

I've replaced the springs on both my fox verts and my hatch. The aftermarket springs I used didn't specify vert or not when ordering.

Some aftermarket springs do have different part numbers when ordering for the different cars. Just be sure you click on the right one.

There are spring codes on the door tag.

Last time i started a thread asking for codes, i did get different replies based on GT, notch, vert, etc.

SO it leads me to think there are minor differences
