In the long list of things to do to my daily driver it's almost time to do the rear. Because of the prices to do work on the rear it's got me thinking of upgrading. My 68 has an original 8in rear and I'm thinking of going to a 9in or perhaps 8.8in.(Currie is only a 1/2 hr away). Question is will I need to change the size of the driveshaft? I have plans to eventually go AOD, however I would love to hold off for awhile(money). If I need to shorten the driveshaft then my thinking is I'll do the tranny at the same time. Thanks for you two cents.
