Rebuild or not....

I replaced my 351c. Don't need it anymore and plan on selling it. It ran fine, no issues. But it's been sitting in the garage for a year not covered. I would like to do a simple rebuild on it, but is it worth it? I know they don't sell for much so investing in the rebuild doesn't look like much sense.

It's a .030 over 4 bolt block with 4v closed chamber heads. Hydraulic setup with a Erson cam. I think for the right person it would be a good motor.

Rebuild or sell as is?

99.9% of the time you will not get back 100% of the money you put into it. So sell it as is.

Unless you can get it running you will get more money for it taking the heads off of it so the buyer can see what they are getting. Most people will not pay top dollar for a non-running motor because it could be junk.
