hey iam in the process of rebuilding my 86 5.0 ho efi motor.I know about the crappy pistons and heads so i ordered the forged pistons off a 89 that are the trw ones. Iam ordering the e7te heads that have crane valve springs and 1.72 roller rockers on them. Iam going to port out the heads also. Iam replacing all the gaskets and bearings. I was toying with the idea of putting a cam in. I figure i got every else pulled apart why not put a cam in. But i don't know which cam i should go with. Iam on a buget so iam not amiming for a custom grind cam. For right now iam sticking with n/a motor but soon in future twin turbos so i need a cam that will be friendly to turbos also.
