I want someone *really* good as the last set of gears I had done howled like a beeatch.

4:11's and I want my pinion and carrier bearings done at the same time. The shop has got to be properly kitted out. It would be nice to get a report after on what shims were used and what the final backlash setting was.

TIA,

Chris

Try Jesse at auto thrill. He did dozens of 8.8's when he worked for me. I know he's busy, so it may take a while to get in.

Yeah, Matt's dad told me they weren't doing much of that in house anymore and pointed me at Jesse for some tranny noise diagnosis (which i never followed up on). Otherwise I would have gone to the the guys at The Mustangshop first.
