reinstalling the drive shaft

i am finishing up putting 410 gears in my 06gt i cant see the mark i put on the pinion flange but the mark is on the drive shaft i cant line up the holes the way there were


im saving the drivesahft for last and will check back later thanks for any help

I've put the stock drive shaft in 3 different times and have had no issues. I have never checked or marked mounting holes. So in my experience, it doesn't matter. Just put the shaft back in and enjoy it.

One thing I did notice, however, was that it worked best to only put the two bolts that support the hinge of the shaft in finger tight. Then tighten the yokes on each end down all the way and come back to those two support bolts. It seemed like everything went together easier that way.
