Relay Question

I'm trying to rig up a manual fan switch today. I want to run a relay through it but am clueless as to what type of relay I need and how to wire it.

Can anyone shed some light for me?

Oh.... I just read a thread about that. It was from yesterday on this forum. I think it said about a 50 amp relay, but you might ask the other fella what he used.

yeah I saw that but I need more specifics as to a specific relay and more importantly, how to wire them. I've never messed with relays.
