Remember my little brothers GTi?

LOL here in FL they block the highway further ahead.. My boss was telling me got caught when they landed the copter on the road 5 miles ahead of him..
Aliate if your bro gets a lawyer they can probably argue him right out of it even though he admitted it.. He is a minor and i think his parents have to be there when they question someone younger like that.. I mean they didnt even see his plate..

yeah unfortunitally the legal age is 17, I knew it used to be 18 they must have changed it recently, he was able to sign the confessional and all, were going to get a lawyer and at least get some of the tickets knocked down, ill keep you guys updated.

I've only run from the cops once. Though probably the dumbest thing I've ever done, I saw the opportunity and took it, and it was worth it. I learned my lesson, and I didn't have to go to jail and deal with all the court fee's and lost car, etc.

I dunno man....it's easy to point fingers when i'm not in the hot seat, but the only difference between right now and him killing someone or himself is chance and luck...and that both were on his side. I don't think stupid really sums this one up...i also don't think losing your license is a big deal because most people drive anyways, and fines get paid eventually. I just hope he realizes how lucky he is.

just wondering how much he admitted to...because if that first cop wasnt following him the whole time and he just radioed in, cant your brother just say he didnt notice anything but he was speeding at that part on the highway...or did he admit he saw the cops and ran?

Just wondering why you guys would say not to bail him out to learn his lesson...He is only 17 years old first of all and your going to tell me if that was your brother or son that you wouldn't bail him out? If that is the case your either a ****head sibling or a ****head of a parent.

I always wanted to get into a high speed bicycle chase on the bike path with one of them path security guard guys...

As kids, we used to go to the university and mess with the security guards. They drove golf carts. So, we'd ride our bikes in and push over trash cans to get them to chase us. :D

Anyhow, hopefully this will be a lesson. You'd figure with all the cop shows out there, he would have picked up that high speed chases usually don't turn out well.

driving with a suspended license will get you aggrivated unlicensed operation and you go to jail.

i got caught doin 101 in a 55 in my GTI on a 3 lane highway at 11:40pm. (i was really doing about 140 but i slammed on the brakes) i could have ran but i would have had no idea where i was and they would have found me. the car is un-mistakeable so i just pulled over and took my ticket. i have court thursday. my lawyer says it will take 2 appearances to get it figured out.
its a class A misdimeanor and ill end up losing my license for 3 months. and probably have a few hundred in fines. maybe more tho because this will be my second suspenion and i have a real $h!tty record.
