I tossed one of those AOL disks away very recently. Found it in the garage.

Now I know where to send them.

@rbohm , do you prefer CD or floppy diskette?

damn.. i used to get one of them CD's every damn week in the mail. EVERYONE used AOL back in the 90's . You were hot stuff if you had the a/b switch on your phone line so you could stay connected while on the phone with your 56k baud connection.

Agreed under one condition. You MUST put the bullet through the EXISTING hole in the AOL CD.

On second thought... don't answer that. And for the sake of our sanity and good taste, do NOT post pics!!

Remember when you went trick or treating on Halloween and brought home a treasure full of candy...

Only to have your parents worried someone put a needle or razor in it.

Geesh that happened like twice across the country and the rest of us kids had to suffer.

I even remember when local authorities offered to X-ray the candy bag for free. Like that was a healthier option.

Heh, remember when tech articles in magazines were like GOLD because you could learn something from them? And you waited and waited hoping they would cover that one thing you needed help with?

Remember when the parts counter guy was like a parts wizard and had to flip through 10 inch thick phone book catalogs to find part numbers?
