I just recently installed Ford racing uppers and Steeda lowers with Lakewood shocks. My question is should I remove the Quad shocks and rear sway bar. I am not into hitting the curves hard (especially since I run skinnies up front) I just mainly don't want wheel hop.
you can ditch the quads if you want. A lot of aftermarket control arms companies recomend that you do after changing the arms. The sway bar I would keep.

I also have Steeda lowers & their boxed stock uppers.
Still had wheel hop.
Quads control wheel hop--installed new Gabriel quads---go figure---wheel hop gone.
