Remove your manual window handle if it doesn't have power windows.
or
Remove the black assembly from the door (mirror buttons etc) and unscrew the switches from behind the assembly.
Remove the mach speaker up top OR the black plastic covering where it would be.
Remove the two screws holding the panel to the door, and the grey push in screw type thing inside the door jamb.
Lift the panel UPWARDS and out, and that should do it.
