Well, it just kinda yanks out, the bottom that is. You push down and back on the front of the seat and then give it a yank up. There is a u shaped railing on both sides that the seat cushion hooks to. Hopefully someone else here can explain it better. There are no bolts or anything.
thanks i got the bottom out now i just need some help with the back does anybody know how much weight i will save the bottom doesnt feel like it weighs much
man don't listen to ryan lol. removing the back seat, the seat belt brackets the belts and all the sound deadening material equals a loss of around 40 lbs so I've heard.
ok that sounds better im trying to make the car lighter without taking out the stereo lol i just put a fiberglass hood on and plan to change more parts to fiberglass down the road...ok i have the bottom of the seat out does anybody know how to take the back of it out?
