Anyone ever had to replace a side mirror on a 99-04 gt? I think I hacve to remove the mach 460 speaker to geta ccess to the bolts but im not sure. If anyone has done this please chime in, thanks.
Take off the Mach 460 grill. Then pull your door panel. Pull the Mach 460 speaker now. There are two bolts under the panel and one behind the grill that you already took off. Then pull the 3 nuts off the studs, unplug the wire. And replace.
P.S. Taking the bezel around the handle off, helps get the door panel get seated properly whne reinstalling.
Sounds familiar....I had an 87 year old man that couldn't speak a lick of English take a mirror off my first Mustang back in 2000. I was 17 years old...my first stang, and I was pissed!!!!!
