what does the "i'm w/ stupid" sign mean exactly? I suppose it could be taken as "i agree with them" or it could also be interpreted as calling him stupid since it says "i'm with STUPID." If it's "I agree," why does it say stupid? I've always wondered this...

its not an insult, its just a way of showing that you agree with someone... its meant to be a joke. like if i say i like black interiors, and you say 'im with stupid', you agree with me.

Yea i was a little nervous the first time i used it, afraid someone would take offense. But it's tossed around all the time and no one takes it personal, the sign might as well say 'i agree'

this seems kinda of odd how he went on and on about how much they suck...Well if they bullied him into to saying that...they can take note of that because of what he said i'll never order from them plus summit is better anyway

They can't sue for slander if what he was saying was legit. Although, the word retract, sounds kind of "legal".

Maby they paid him off with free stuff... in that case I'm going to start complaining a lot more.

Things happen, not everyone and everything is perfect. Sometimes, you will have a problem with an order, and you call the company and they will do everythign they can to fix it. If they don't, then you have a problem with the company. Now, how thier employees handle it determines weather the problem is the order or the company. Some companies don't understand that because of the customer, they are in buisness. If you call with a complaint, they should address the complaint, not take it as in insult. hey, your not satisfied, they are loosing buisness. They should do everything they can to keep the customer happy but draw the line where it starts to hurt buisness.

I just did a little search on Mustang Wareouse and they seem to have some happy customers, but a lot of really pissed off customers. You can't please everyone, but when there are several people and many more than other companies, that tells me something.

They say to retract what you said or they will sue. It's pretty sad that is the way they have to do buisness. In fact, Aeroguy's retraction I think is what made me just say "never" towards them. I am going to buy heads and other things soon.

My guess is this had nothing to do with lawsuits threatened or real, slander, liable, etc. More likely someone who flew off the handle, probably prematurely, and then got things resolved by the company. And now, either through guilt, or because they asked him to, he's trying to 'take it back'.

Problem is, of course, it just doesn't sound sincere - and that lack of sincerity raises more questions than it answers. And why can't we get him back in here?

Hey, Aeroguy - come on back in and give us Paul Harvey Page 2 - the REST of the story.

I would never order from them they have
horrible customer service skills and have
bad manners on the phone! Order from
somewhere else and do yourself a favor!
