reusing fuel injectors

i plan to use my old fuel injectors on my new engine is there a way i should clean them?

take out the filter screens, jumper 12v to the plug, blow it through in reverse, change the filter screen, o-rings, and pintle caps...

i think i'll try and do it myself. why do you have to hook them up to a toggle switch?

i bought this kit off of ebay so i could reuse my old injectors. i'm certain they still sell them.
