I have been hunting high and low on google for the correct dimensions for the rocker stripes for a 67 shelby gt 350...can anyone help? Width of top stripe, space, main stripe, space, bottom stripe.

Thanks

Beats me. The original stripe was a vinyl decal. If no one comes across, I might be able to measure one in a couple days. If it helps, the 66-68 were all the same.

Im aware that the originals were decals...I am going to have a custom decal made for my 67 coupe, I just laid down some black this past weekend and it needs a little something to break it up. If you would please measure that stripe I would appreciate it, I have a decal guy that can make me one with the dimensions. My guess would be 1/2 top, 3/8 space, 2" center, 3/8 space, and 1/2 bottom...

I'll see what I can do. Not interested in the slightly narrower 67 GT stripe?

Nah, if i had the rocker chrome then yes....but that car is SO black, it needs something to break it up and I think that wider stripe will look better, plus I want to get the stripe to say something (not sure what yet) where the GT 350 normally goes. Any suggestions? I Thought about putting P-51, or COBRA, or something like that, I don't want to try and pass it off as something its not tho, its not a GT its not a shelby, its just a mustang. I know its not a Cobra, but its not uncommon for lots of cobra goodies to end up on mustangs, plus lets face it, that snake is really cool...

Well, if you wanted wide/no lettering, you could always go with the 69 GT stripe. Lettering, though, your guy will have to cut.

OK, looked at a 66 GT350H today. Side stripe 1/2", center stripe 1 5/8", gap 3/8".

Thanks! That sure is a beautiful Hertz....makes me want to get a gold rocker stripe, the wife don't like the gold.....that might make her not want to drive the car.......the wheels are turning slowly, hah. Anyway, thanks a lot for those measurements.
