Sorry dude but I can't give you exact measurements but I can say if you have a stout motor you need a cage. After I put a bottle on my car i dropped from 8.0 to 7.2 in the 1/8th. The guys at my local track told me not to come back until I had a cage. I delivered my car to Panhandle Performance and a couple of weeks later I picked it up. The cage added a little weight but it felt so much stiffer. Before the 8pt roll bar it felt like the car was going to pop the winshield out coming off the line, now it's as solid as a rock. The cage was well worth the money.
