roller rockers

hey guys,

just wondering if investing in roller rockers is worth the money for the performance gain you get. what ratio should i be using with a stock cam?

Stock is 1.6, so if you're looking for a little extra power, a 1.7 would be what you're looking for.

But if you still have the stock heads with old used stock springs, I wouldnt go to 1.7s unless you put on some new higher lift springs at the same time.

They are a terrible gain for the buck spent ... IMHO

I place them way down on my ... to do ... mod list

There are just better options for more power as I see it

When I did my h/c/i I bought a set of Australian made 1.72 roller rockers. They're bolt down rockers, but each pair is mounted on a little shaft. They're pretty nice, but not worth the dough in most cases. For my application they worked out well.

thanks for the input guys. i was just wondering cause i had a buddy do them. but he had gotten his for free from a friend.
