I am doing my research on the roush body kit and I want to go with the side exit exhaust but I don't like the way the roush exhaust sounds, anyone running the side exhaust with different mufflers? Is that possible?
I haven't done this, but I've heard that people with the roush side exhaust swap out the mufflers, put in spintechs and weld the roush tips on. I think spintech is one of the only manufacturers who makes a side exit exhaust. One guy told me that he prefers the spintech sound with an X pipe over the H pipe though. Then again, it's only preference. I personally enjoy the sound of the "enhanced" sound roush mufflers with the H pipe
